Our internet services

We offer two types of internet connectivity: fibre and wireless.

For fibre, we resell connectivity through three independent Fibre Network Operators (FNOs). Each has its own coverage, infrastructure and support processes, so your options depend on where you live.

Our wireless service runs on our own infrastructure. We manage installations, support and repairs ourselves, which keeps the service hands-on and flexible.

Below is a brief overview of each service. Pricing is provided on our application forms.

Installed and supported by us

Whalemail wireless

Because we own the infrastructure, our technicians handle installations and repairs directly. Speeds are lower than fibre, but the connection is stable and works where fibre doesn't reach. Packages can be customised, and you can move your connection when you move house, subject to coverage.
