As our General Manager, she somehow manages to keep the paperwork flowing, the accounts balanced, and the rest of us heading in the right direction. Hard-working, fiercely loyal, and always ready to lend a hand, she's the boss's right hand and the friendly face that keeps everything running behind the scenes. After 11 years with BDC Wireless Solutions CC, she's become the voice of reason, the keeper of order, and the one who quietly makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. She also has a gentle way of reminding us to slow down every now and then — preferably with a cup of coffee and a biscuit in hand! Meet Keagan, the newest member of the BDC Wireless Solutions team. While he may be the new guy, he's certainly no rookie — with years of experience in the fibre and wireless industry, he's hit the ground running and hasn't looked back. Whether he's installing fibre, setting up wireless links, or working on high-site infrastructure, Keagan tackles every job with plenty of energy and a positive attitude. He's also earned a reputation for getting to places most of us would rather admire from the ground, and if there's a high site to climb, Keagan is up there in no time. Behind the jokes, Keagan brings a strong work ethic, excellent technical skills, and a commitment to doing every job properly and safely. His enthusiasm and willingness to take on new challenges make him a fantastic addition to the BDC Wireless Solutions crew.

Meet Connor, proof that talent doesn't come with an age requirement. Fresh out of school and already making a big impact, he's the youngest member of our team and one of the keenest to learn. If you've called our support desk, there's a good chance you've spoken to Connor — friendly, patient, technically minded, and always happy to help. If he doesn't know the answer, he'll find it, and if there's a new challenge, he's usually the first to put his hand up. When he's not helping customers, Connor is training to become a volunteer firefighter and exploring his passion for robotics. With his curiosity, dedication and willingness to learn, Connor has a bright future ahead of him.
